For the Holidays...
Some Favorite Recipes (ours & yours!)
Aunt Jane's Rolls - Every time I make these for any function or holiday, they are a hit!
They are also so quick and easy--1 hour from start to yum!!

Boil: 1 cup water
      2 sticks butter or margarine

Add boiling mixture to milk mixture (you can substitute water for milk).  Add yeast &
mix.  Add 4 cups flour and mix.  Add 4 more cups of flour to make a soft dough.  Rest
for 10 minutes (or, if using traditional yeast, cover and let rise 1 hour).  Roll out and
shape (I spray cooking spray to coat my hands and fingers as I roll them to reduce
sticking as the dough is very soft!).  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
