Make dinner together and take it to someone
Walk down the card isle (or visit a card shop) and read cards to each other
Make a treat together and take it to someone
Write thank you cards for people that have helped you this week. Mail them together
Do home improvements together (& laugh when you want to fuss)
Try water color painting
Do yard work together...or do yard work for someone else as a surprise
Pick up cute stationary and sit next to each other while writing love letters; then exchange
